BlenderCave is a system based on Blender 3D and Blender Game Engine (BGE) which makes possible Virtual Reality applications and videogames in many screens simultaneously.
Our system is built on the advanced graphics engine BGE and allows an efficient communication between screens.
As a result, BlenderCave is able to generate highly detailed virtual worlds, realistic effects and smooth animations.

Even though BlenderCave is still a young open source project, many of
us find it useful and usable. And we are trying to improve it.
If you find BlenderCave useful and you would like to be in this list,
please, contact at jorge.gascon.perez[AT]gmail dot com
BlenderCave is able to keep a perfect syncronization between different screens, also if objects are moving quickly from one screen to another one.
Current version of our system has been tested successfully in a 4 screen CAVE but it is also suitable for an higher number of screens.

Thank you Martinsh!
Create highly interactive multi-user virtual applications and videogames.
Nor only is BlenderCave designed for videogames, but also it is perfectly capable of perform in many industrial and research environments.
BlenderCave is a set of extensions integrated into a .blend file (we call it VCC Template) this template has one camera per physical screen ans a set of communication scripts which perform the "magic".
Enable MultiScreen support to your existing BGE scene in less than a minute!
For deeper modifications, BlenderCave is extensible with Python and C/C++.
BlenderCave is designed to be highly scalable, our lightweight protocol can make possible the communication between many screens and computation nodes. Always at the maximum performance.
BlenderCave community edition is Open Source (CC) and free. So you can download it, use it, improve it, hack it or whatever you want!
